STRUCTURAL PART DESIGN

Design of primary and secondary structures in detail, which could be metallic or composite structures. In some cases, it is not just the part but the whole component itself, with many load carrying members. We also perform structural modification and system integration task for different projects with neessary documentation such as design description documents (SDD).

STRUCTURAL ​STRESS ANALYSIS

Perform structural analysis for primary and secondary aircraft structures both metallic and composite parts.

​

For these work packages, static and dynamic analysis of new introduced structures and existing structures such as frames, intercostal, floor beams, stringers and skin structures is performed using FEM. Structural reinforcements and design modifications are applied to the Aircraft Global Finite element model (GFEM). The related stress reports are prepared.

LAY-UP TOOL & ASSEMBLY FIXTURE DESIGN

​

Design of wet Lay-up Tools(LATO) for composite parts and Assembly fixtures (ASFX) for the components with concurrent engineering philosophy; considering the parameters such as producibility, maintainability and accessibility.

​

As for rapid prototyping, polyurethan block material and additive manufacturing is used as cost effective & time reducing solution.

​

VTOL UAV STRUCTURAL DESIGN 

A challenging project that includes Structural Design & Stress Analysis for all parts of a Vertical Takeoff and Landing Unmanned aircraft with maximum takeoff weight of 25 kg.

Composite Lay Up Tools and Assembly Jigs for the wing, tail, fuselage components were also designed & manufactured for the prototype aircraft. The whole project has been accomplished in just within 3 months.

CABIN INTERIOR DESIGN

Design & manufacture of interface parts for the B737 Cockpit Simulator. The product has to meet the critical operation requirement supporting with high quality additive manufacturing accuracy. 

For that project, digital twin is created by scanning the cockpit doors, aircraft geometry and by reverse engineering the existing  interface parts. The parts are designed to fit in place on the existing cockpit geometry during the installation.

PASSIVE RADAR REFLECTOR 

Design & Manufacturing of a Passive Radar Reflector, that will increase the radar visibility of the aircraft installed. The end product is expected to be used on target drone missions, meeting the military requirements.

NEW PROJECT

HYDROGEN POWERED UAV

The project is to design & manufacture a UAV of Class-I (MTOW 25 kg & wingspan 3.6m) running on hydrogen fuel cell as main power source...

The final product objective is to have a general UAV platform that will be quickly adaptive for QuadCopter, VTOL & DeltaWing configurations with minimum operating cost.

​Preliminary Design Review is already accomplished and we keep working for the next phase...

SURVEILLANCE UAV PLATFORM

A modular platform that is easily converted to from Quad to VTOL in several minues, depending on the payload requirements.

The UAV which has takeoff weight of 2.5 kg & 1.45 m wingspan, is portable & maintainable for flight by one person.

​

That platform is planned to serve for land construction usage such as land survey, mapping, measurement / monitoring of construction process. Emergency search and rescue efforts after any natural disaster is another target usage ...
